Take this opportunity to attack as many times as possible before the boss gets up.Īfter the False Knight gets up, their ground slam attacks will also cause explosives to rain from the ceiling. If you stay close to the False Knight for an extended period, they will brace themselves and let loose a flurry of blows, so watch for the wind-up and keep your distance in between attacks.Īfter enough attacks, you will knock the False Knight over, causing its head to pop out of its helmet. While additional abilities like dashing and spells will make this fight much easier to tackle, this boss is simple enough to be conquered without them. He keeps the City Crest required to open the gates to the City of Tears. The False Knight's body slam attack will send shockwaves in both directions after a short delay, so wait a second, then jump over the shockwave and get in a few attacks before backing off. The False Knight Location: Center of Forgotten Crossroads The False Knight is perhaps the easiest boss in all of Hollow Knight, and the first many are likely to encounter. False Knight is one of the main bosses in Hollow Knight.
